How do I secure my booking for an Occasions Makeup and Hair, Makeup Lesson, Personal Shopping Experience or Photoshoot?

Your booking will be secured upon paying a non-refundable deposit of £50. Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by email noting your reserved date and booking. With that, your day is considered reserved. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the service.

How do I secure my Wedding Date?

Your can secure your wedding date by paying a £50 deposit, this puts you ahead of any other bride wanting to book with me on the same day. The deposit is then deducted from the final balance due three weeks to your wedding. Should you not wish to book after a trial session please rest assured that your deposit will be refunded in full. I think that will be very unlikely but need to mention for your peach of mind. Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by email noting your reserved date and booking. With that, your day is considered reserved. Bridal enquiries for which a deposit has not been received are not confirmed and therefore my availability cannot be guaranteed.

Do you have any special rates for Midweek or Low Season Weddings?

Yes, special discounts are valid for Monday to Thursday and November, January and February bridal bookings only.

Makeup and Hair Trial Information

The trial can take place at my home studio in Notting hill or at your chosen location and can take up to 4 hours for makeup and hair. Following your trial, I take professional portraits and email them to you. This is a great opportunity to see how the makeup and hair photographs. Wearing a white top during the trial will help you get a better idea of how your makeup will look against your wedding dress. Please bring along pictures of your dress, accessories and flowers as these details make a huge imapct in creating your finished bridal look. You are also welcome to bring inspiration photos of the style of makeup and hair you would like to have. If you are having a hair trial, then it would be ideall to have your hair washed and make sure you add NO OTHER PRODUCTS TO YOUR HAIR such as (oils, mousse, or hair spray). Feel free to bring a friend with you for input. The full balance of the trial will be required on the day of the service.

Are Lashes Included in the Prices?

All makeup services include lashes. I mainly offer inidvidual lashes as they photograph beautifully, are weightless, give a natural fuller look to the lashes and come in a variety of lengths to suit your preferred look.

How far can you travel?

Anywhere & Everywhere! As I am based in London, I'm used to travelling all over Greater London, home counties and the surrounding counties, Ireland, Scotland and anywhere abroad if desired.

What do you charge to travel to my location?

There is no charges for the first 15miles from Notting Hill Gate. For all other locations I do charge a travel fee depending on the distance. Travel fee will be calculated and included in your quote.

What are the charges involved for Destination Weddings?

For bookings outside of London & overseas clients are charged: Travel expenses to airports Return flights from / to convenient airports; Accommodation & meals whilst at the destination of the wedding; and Travel expenses whilst at the destination.

Which brands of makeup do you use?

My makeup kit contains a collection of premium brands including Mac, Bobbi Brown, Charlotte Tilbury, Hourglass,Tom ford, Nars, Estee Lauder, Sephora, Marc Jacobs, Cosmetics a la carte, Dior, Chanel, Viseart, Laura Mercier, Clinique, Makeup for Ever, Too faced, Huda beauty, Makeup geek and Makeup Atelier Paris. These brands offer products, which give long lasting results and photograph beautifully. Brides are always advised to purchase the same lipstick brand as used at the trial or one of a similar tone for touch ups.

I like my own makeup products, do I have to use yours?

I will advise you as to which products will look best on you and last longer. However, the final decision as to which products we use is completely up to you.

How much time do you need on my Wedding Day?

I usually arrive 20 to 30 minutes before we start the preperation to set up. Brides should allow between 60 and 90 minutes for each of the service. Bridesmaids and other wedding guests approximately 50 minutes each service. Brides generally like to be ready in good time before they leave for the ceremony usually about an hour before so they’ll have time to change into their dress, relax with a glass of champagne. This time allowance is definitely recommended so there’s no panic!

What is the maximum number of makeups you can accommodate on the Wedding Day or Parties?

I can accommodate as many as possible, depending on how early you are willing to start. In such events time is of the essence and if not enough time is provided I may need to bring along another trusted professional at an extra charge of £90. This needs to be arranged well in advance.

Do you stay with the Bride through the entire Wedding Ceremony and/or Wedding Photo Session?

A lot of brides love the idea of me staying with them through the photos and the ceremony. This however will be at an additional flat rate charge at £50 per hour added to the price of the package. Before the ceremony starts I make sure to touch up everyone in the party at no extra charge!

When would an assistant be required for a booking?

An assistant to the main makeup artist/hairstylist may be required if: The start time for a booking is amended to be later but the finish time is to remain the same; or If I think that the booking is not possible for one person due to time constraints. The cost of an assistant is a flat fee of £90 per booking. You’ll be informed during the booking process if we believe that an assistant will be required.

What are the Payment Methods?

Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or paypal. For gift Vouchers all major cards are accepted including American Express and PayPal.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Please refer to Terms & Conditions for further details. For all services excluding bridal bookings your deposit of £50 is non-refundable. If a wedding or part of the booking is cancelled within 21 days of the wedding date, the balance is required in full. Please note that all changes or cancellations MUST be stated in writing (including text messages, emails or social media messaging services).
