Once payment is received, the gift voucher will be sent to the email you provided within 24 hours. If you wish to have it posted to your address, physical gift vouchers are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail. This means that your postal order should be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.)

Your gift voucher will be valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. The exact expiry date will be included in the gift voucher.

Recipients should contact Natalie with their preferred date, time, address & a unique code that is provided on the voucher.
